I think one reason I never liked cooking before is that I was way too impatient..... Too impatient to read a recipe thoroughly, too impatient to wait for a phase of the cooking process to finish, too impatient as I raced around the kitchen, utensils and food flying. Just kidding on that last part. :) But yeah - patience... That's what I've learned so far in the kitchen. To take my time and not feel like it's a race to the end of the cooking process. Be careful and thorough, and just enjoy each step.
AMEN! That is so true Sylvia! Patience is key to bing a good cook. I never thought of it that way before - but you're right! :) (this is coming from someone who looooovvveessss to cook!) Glad you're settling into married life and enjoying it!
